Dawn Wing has no integrity

Dawn Wing doesn't respect its obligations. They were supposed to have delivered a parcel to me at 11h00, almost 2 hours later I have not received the parcel and have to put my journey on hold because of it. What irks me the most is that I used my own money to call them and ask about the parcel, spent almost 30 minutes on the phone and got dropped TWICE with no solution. Now I want to cancel the order.
