Dawn Wing has no customer Service

Terrible service - they send me a sms because they could not deliver for no reason at all. when I contacted them they wanted a ref number but on the sms there were no reference number. Precilla supposedly the supervisor said she will phone me back - to no avail. couldn't care less about customer service
