DAWN WING - Hands down the worst courier company on the planet

For the last 2.5 months I have been ordering products through a company who is currently contracted to Dawn Wing for courier services, so I have had unfortunately no choice but to use them. In these 10 weeks, I have paid R110 each time for delivery to arrive within 3-5 days. For 3 separate packages I have had to go collect, a 70km trip, due to their failure to deliver on time and my customers needing their order. I have had 3 orders sent directly to customers, all meant to take 3-5 days, all actually taking over a week, one taking almost 2. Tonight I write this as I was expecting a delivery last week Friday, its Wednesday now. Yesterday after lying about why it was not delivered already (incorrect address which is impossible) it was promised to be delivered first thing this morning. Yet it has not been, again.

They have THE WORST customer service when I call in, on top of failing to actually provide the service they are meant to provide.

I officially give up with this company and want to warn EVERYONE to never use them.

I feel I should be refunded the 6 deliveries that weren't on time, plus compensated for the fuel spent to collect the orders I had paid the delivery fee for.
