Dawn Wing Global Express is Useless

I have never dealt with people who do not value people's needs. I desperately need my parcel delivered and no-one can help me. All I do is speak to useless customer agents who act like parrots and keep on lying. This company is useless. I even sent an email and no-one bothered to respond. I even tried calling DPD Laser the parent company, they are just as useless as their kid Dawn Wing. They are clueless, I wonder what the management is being paid for.

My advice if you want to suffer, use their services.
