Dawn wing global express

Dawn wing claims I have received my parcel according to their website last Wednesday and I have been calling them since to track down who the order was given to and they advised that a driver will get back to me that was on the 27th August to date I am still trying to get someone to assist me get my parcel as I’ve already paid and I’m receiving no assistance!!!

Very bad service!!! How do you give a stranger my parcel ?! I am not impressed they not even calling me to keep me updated of my query !
