Dawn Wing George "Do not care" pathetic service

I must say,

I am deeply disappointed in Dawn Wing George.

I had a package that had to be delivered this week and they called me once. After that I phoned them multiple times and was promised they would arrange for it to be delivered this week and I would be called back...

Neither happened. I followed up today and once again I was promised a call back...not received yet. This package was a birthday gift, but they could care less...wonder how they would feel if it was done to them....Pathetic service and such a shame.
