Dawn wing George

Very disappointed in the service I didn't receive from Dawn Wing George. My parcel arrived on the 12th of May in George and there has been no effort made in delivering it. When I managed to get hold of them I was told my parcel would be delivered on the 15th of May. Phoned again and no answer!!! I'm also in the courier industry and this is unacceptable!!!!!
