Dawn Wing frustration

Have been waiting for parcels for over a month. A Michele Quieroz has is listed as the responsible person. Each time I follow up with her I am asked whether I have paid the clearance charges (I have) and told of the two parcels expected only one has arrived. Michelle then claims she’ll follow up on the parcels and phone me back which has not happened. Really frustrating
