Dawn wing Failure to deliver parcel

PATHETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! lies after lies for non delivery of a parcel. Then they state the address was wrong, then they stated that the Company was closed (no company - house delivery) then the vehicle broke down twice and now they apparently have a backlog of parcels. They are obviously not capable to handle deliveries. You can track your parcel on their website but it has not been updated in 2 days. When you phone, you have to hang on for an agent for 30 min and then when you ask to be put through to Reception or the Regional Manager, you get cut off or put back in the queue for another 20 min. Absolutely the WORST courier company ever. There are no other contact numbers.
