Dawn Wing ... Experts in Disappointment and Delay

Absolutely appalled by the lack of promise by Dawn Wing the pasr few days. An urgent parcel was due to be delivered to friends in Tokai on Thursday so they could bring it to Knysna. By 3.30 no delivery. Spoke to Melvin who assured me he would ph driver and call me back. 5pm. No phone call and no delivery. Phoned Melvin again (total of 30 minutes now on phone). Melvin apologised that the Tokai driver had “overlooked” the delivery, but in order to make it up he would have the parcel sent special public holiday delivery to me in Knysna. Melvin double checked with all involved and called me back to confirm. Despite this. NOTHING WAS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY!!!!! I spent a further 10 minutes on hold yesterday and have not been able to get hold of Melvin or Dawn Wing...... Experts in Disappointment!!!! Absolutely appalling service. Rather under promise and over deliver than make arrangements you cant keep. I will be passing this on to the company the purchase came from!
