I had ordered a product from a service provider and the package was sent to East London instead of Johannesburg (due to a horrid online application experience). I had been dealing with "Clarissa" not sue if it was an actual person or a chat Bot, eventually I had no option but to follow the escalation process of the company as there were too many loose ends in the story! This put me in touch with Angelique Wessels and Ronell Wessels. What an absolute pleasure - my faith in service delivery was almost instantly restored ! Clarissa ,Ronelle and Angelique were knowledgeable, friendly, beyond helpful and provided the solution beyond my expectations.
