Dawn Wing - empty promises.

Twice now Dawn Wing have made promises about when they deliver- as in they send an sms promising that the items are being delivered today - only to not pitch up. This means you organise your time around waiting for a package that they let you know is on its way TODAY- in one instance I arranged for someone to stay at my home to wait for the package as I had to go out for work. They have a link you can use to find out when the package will then be delivered- they promise to call you- TWICE it tried it and TWICE they simply never respond. I will not support them anymore nor any company who wishes to use them to ship to me or my work.
