Dawn Wing Durban pathetic!

I am so utterly upset with Dawn Wing Durban! Worst service yet. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday 23rd December 2019, called on Tuesday 24th December when it was promised that my parcel would be delivered today on the 27th of December. Yet I still do not have any parcel delivered.

I am so upset with the rotten service provided to me on the telephone line, first I get passed between delivered agents who are unable to tell me what is happening with the delivery, then when I finally get through to the person in charge of the area for which my delivery is going he says the driver isnt sure. How on earth can you not be sure 5 days! what kind of business is this?

I have been using dawn wing for a long time now in Johannesburg and have never received such low quality service. Dawn Wing Durban has absolutely pathetic service.

I expect a response from the offices.
