Dawn Wing - Drivers Cancelling Orders for No Reason.

An order was placed by Webafrica with Dawn Wing to deliver my router. For the past 3 days I have received SMSs notifying me that my delivery will happen today. I make arrangements to be available to receive the order, but my delivery gets cancelled by the driver (NKOSINATHI SITHOLE), without notifying me. The reason for his cancellation is that I am not available. I receive no communication from the driver, prior to him cancelling. I have called to reschedule 3 times now. I have escalated this matter 3 times as well. I received a call yesterday from Dawn Wing and the person on the other side muted the call before ending it without saying anything to me. This is just disgusting.
