Dawn wing drivers are *****!

The drivers at Dawn wing have a tendency not to deliver at the provided address ,I ordered from runway sale in time because I was going away for a weekend.Dawn wing called my old cellphone number and as soon as it was on v mail they did not bother to go to the address I gave them to deliver,I dont understand whether they offer address deliveries or cellphone deliveries.The same day I called and they told me they returned my parcel to them because my cell was on v mail.I then told them but I was at the address waiting for the parcel,i then gave my new cell phone number which they promised delivery for the following day a friday.I then decided to call them Friday morning because i really needed the items for the weekend,they promised me they have my new number and they will contact me.I kept calling which I was told I should be patient.Around 2pm I called again and they told me the driver was there around 11.Lies! because I never received any calls from them to say they are downstairs and I went to the securities to contact me on my work number once the driver comes which is something they usually do.They never pitched yesterday cos my phone was on v mail and today they **** about coming out..The securities at reception confirmed that they never came .I called runway sale to request that they deliver today,dawn wing told them its not possible.Now i have to go and spend more money to buy the goods that dawn wing never delivered for the weekend.I have wasted my time and will spend more money that I dont even have.I dont understand why runway sale is using them,their service is appaling..
