Dawn Wing Driver won't get out to give parcel.

I ordered something on clicks website and was delivered by dawn wing this morning at my mothers house. I am extremely disappointed with the Dawn Wing service. First of all it was not a Dawn Wing vehicle. It was a unbranded white Van and the driver first refused to get out to give the parcel to my mom which is a pensioner and almost 80 years of age. He said he did not need to get out. His name is Preston Jonathan and vehicle registration is CY274369. What kind of service is this and what kind of manner does your contract drivers have that they which are far much younger than my mother treat pensioners like this. If it was not for my mother's persistence he would not have gotten out and gave the parcel. Secondly he had an attitude on getting out and giving the parcel with no respect at all for the client who paid for this service. Yes I paid for the parcel to be couriered. I will call clicks and let them know what bad service dawn wing drivers or contract drivers are giving. I am not going to leave it like this as a young man can disrespect my mother of almost 80 years of age like this.
