Dawn Wing DPD nightmare

I ordered products from Cape Town to be delivered to Johannesburg main centre and got an sms on July 28th that my parcel was delivered but no driver had come to our place! I called the tracking centre who confirmed it was an error and that my parcel was scanned back into the depot but would be out on delivery tomorrow… 5 calls and 3 unanswered emails later, I still do not have my parcel, the call centre confirmed it was still with Dawn Wing/DPD and everyday it is said to be out for delivery but I still do not have any visibility onto when I’ll receive it and the tracking is still not reflecting the status accurately. This is just the worst service ever and I work in the industry!!!
