DAWN WING - DPD LASER - POOR DELIEVRY SERVICE

For 6 days now I have not received my parcel ... I was notified that my parcel is out for delivery but I am not contacted when they say they were at the premises. When I check tracking on the website the comments are CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE while I am at my home. This is unacceptable. Every time I call them they are "escalating" the matter just to experience the same poor service. This is extremely frustrating.
