Dawn Wing / DPD Laser - Do you remember yourselves?

Just the worst courier company ever and I have had an account for more than 10 years. Over the years there have been many aggravations and I overlooked it but to forget my parcel on a Friday afternoon (international family emergency parcel) and then again the following Tuesday. I am just gatvol and think everyone else should be aware of the pathetic service.
