Dawn Wing does not Fly

My son ordered clothing online from Cotton On, on 4 May 2020. The parcel was delivered to the Dawn Wing Depot on 11 May 2020 and still not delivered (2020-05-19). The call centre staff are not of any assistance as each person I spoke to provided me with a different version of the progress. Sad that they advertise as the BEST Courier Service. I suggest they scale down on the amount of customers they have as they clearly do not have the capacity or the ability to be the BEST courier service.
