Dawn Wing does not deliver - Stay away!

They were meant to ship an urgent (next day) parcel and 12 days later it has not arrived - despite repeated calls to follow up and numerous promises to deliver, they still have not done so. This has had serious consequential implications and I warn anyone to steer clear of this *********** business.
