Dawn wing does not deliver

Please avoid using Dawn Wing for your courier needs. I have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks now. Whenever you call to enquire you are number 30 on the line and when you finally get to speak to the agent- they put you on hold and the phone mysteriously cuts off. I am disappointed and appalled by their service.
