Dawn Wing Disaster Delivery

I ordered a parcel from cotton on the 4th of May and they use dawn wing as a courier. i received a waybil number on the 8th. i went to the dawn wing depo only 10km from my house and they claimed cotton on still has it and it will be delivered by the 10th.. the 14th i went back to the depo and the sent me to RWS to collect my parcel. at RWS they could not trace it... on the 18th i phoned the customer care line of dawn wing and delivery was promised on the 20th. Yester6 the 21st i phoned again and delivery was promised again.. Today i phoned again and now they claim they can't find my parcel? the online tracking is useless as well? i get that it's lockdown but why can't anybody give me a solid answer?!
