Dawn Wing Disappointment + LIES!!!!

I am very disappointed in Dawn Wing! I was to receive two separate parcels today but got only one because the other driver (Name: Refilwe Matlatsi) decided she didn't want to come anymore.

Here's the story: I got an sms in the morning around 9 that my parcel (Waybill Number : sbj21239) is out for delivery. Around 11am got another to say my place is the next stop 4.9km away with a link to track progress. I got ready and waited ... hours went by and nothing. I then checked online and it said "We were unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel" and reason was "EXCESSIVE DELIVERIES" which i understood. I then checked again about an hour later and the reason had changed to "WRONG ADDRESS" and this is what annoyed me. The address is 100% correct, even on the first sms they sent it was correct + I also received my other parcel successfully using the very SAME address. Or let's copy and paste on google maps and guess what you'll find? my place!!!

I'm guessing the driver felt the need to lie to make herself look good.. like she came and ended at the wrong place hence the "WRONG ADDRESS"???. I really don't understand why the excuse to not deliver. Very disappointing!

I hope the parcel is delivered by a different person tomorrow!
