Dawn wing delivery man not coming but saying that I was not home

Absolutely pathetic customer service I was waiting for my parcel and the delivery guy sent a message saying he was here and I came straight to the gate and waited I was waiting outside and saw no cars there or bikes that came and I tried contacting them and they did not answer and then I recieved an sms 10 minutes later saying that i was not home and my parcel must be rescheduled for delivers,I called them 12 times on the number provided by the sms and they did not answer once i will never use this pathetic service again they are useless they did not buzz my door which I left as a note and did not try calling me I pressed on the communicate with the courier and it closed as I opened it and said that the guy left as I was not home I am absolutely furious as I was standing waiting the whole time and he was not there and I have tried calling them now 12 times and they have not answered this is disgraceful.
