DAWN WING DELIVER ORDERS TO WRONG PEOPLE,POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

My name is Leah, I have bought baby food online from clicks, but the company Dawn Wing lost my delivery, the have given it to the wrong person. I have paid my order in cash and till today they are investigating with no feedback. On the 16th November 2020,my order was delivered without my knowledge, how can a person deliver the order without informing the person that ordered. The order that they lost is OFT1T***9 and consist of baby food. Iam very disappointed in DAWN WING courier, their service is POOR.
