Dawn Wing Delaying our process

Dawn Wing is highly unprofessional I placed an order for the collection of items to be delivered by us on the 20/4/2022, to this day we have not received the order. When I emailed them, they said they will revert to me but they never do. Then I called today, then I was told the people are off and will start work on Tuesday since its a long weekend This is very frustrating, I will talk to the buyer not use Dawn Wing as they are delaying and frustrating our operations.
