DAWN WING CT - FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

I placed an order with Loot and they selected Dawn Wing as the courier. I was given a tracking number by Loot and could easily trace the progress of my parcel. I did however notice that they did a mass dimension verification twice and sent an email querying this, also asking when I could expect delivery. Within less than 10 minutes I received a reply from Karabo Morapama , who was very polite and explained the situation, and even apologising for the inconvenience. I also received a call from the Dawn Wing later in the day, where they wanted to ascertain if I was satisfied with the explanation and if I had any other queries. (I cannot recall her name but it was very pleasant dealing with her - apologies for not remembering) The parcel delivery was listed as 21/05/2019, so receiving it today is extremely pleasing as I'd purchased it as a gift for someone and it's ahead of schedule.
