Dawn Wing Couriers' Theft of Internal Parcels

It's becoming a nightmare expecting an international parcel that's being couriered by this company Dawn Wing. It's for the second time that I have lost expensive parcels coming from abroad, then once they reach our s****s, guys at Dawn Wing tamper with the address, so that the parcel can be deemed lost.. One parcel managed to make its way to my address, after a very long time, and I realised that my address was concealed or sort of tampered with. I was monitoring a parcel which should have arrived today 04/01/2022 on their website, I even tipped the security at my complex to expect it, but the call from the driver never came. I hope this is dealt with as I know many people facing the same challenge with Dawn Wing... I hope the powers that be at this company sorts this thing out, as they're as good as their reputation...From Annoyed in Pretoria...
