Dawn Wing Couriers ... poor service

Can you go lower than one star? Parcel ordered prior to lockdown, Despite promises it would be delivered it never happened and I was assured that it would be prioritized on reopening. Been almost two weeks since we moved to level 3 and still no delivery. In the meantime, new orders with other companies have been delivered - BY DAWN WING. Despite promises from the customer services since last week, nothing has happened and tomorrow is Friday so again no delivery.
