Dawn wing Couriers, Pathetic and blatant lies "services offered"

Service is Pathetic, customer care consultants unhelpful, best part about this "courier service" is they literally DON'T DELIVER.

I received an SMS stating my parcel was on its way to me and I would receive it on Wednesday, 2 days have gone and ive tried calling them on the 3rd. What the courier guys have jotted down is that no one is home when they went to deliver, however this is an utter lie as all 3 days I was home.

Utterly dissapointed with the pathetic service of this courier company. I would never recommend it to anyone, its unfortunate that I have to deal with this company!!!
