Dawn Wing Couriers - No service at all!

Zero communication! At first they said my package was here and ready for customs clearance once I fill out the forms. Then when I inquire for assistance as these forms are needing information that I do not have, they reply and say package is not here and there is nothing to do.

I have called both the general Dawn Wing number as well as the direct line for Mango Freight orders about 30 times and have not once had someone answer the phone. NONE of these 3 phone lines has been answered: *** *** *** I have also requested a call back directly from the request from the website, no one has called me. I have written 10 emails as well as posted on their social media and no one replies. I deal with couriers a lot in my own personal business and have NEVER had such terrible service. If ever I know that a shop is affiliated with dawn Wing, I will rather not purchase for them.
