DAWN WING COURIERS - NO NO NO SERVICE

We live in Potchefstroom and the closest Makro is unfortunately the Vaal. Because we qualified for a free delivery when purchasing online, we decided to order online rather than to drive all the way to the Vaal. I placed a order online from Makro on 20 December 2022 (delivery stated 2-5 days), the courier will be in contact with us. I contacted Makro 4 times since Wednesday to follow up on the order as the online parcel tracker does not help at all! I was advised that the goods were already collected by die Courier on 21 December 2022 as per the sms I received. I have still not received any feedback, sms, email or phonecall from Dawn Wing. This is unacceptable as the items should still be assembled once we receive them, and my kids birthdays is tomorrow! Now I will stand empty handed in front of my kids on their birthday tomorrow. I have used more than R300 in airtime on to follow up on this order as I am on hold every time and once I'm 1st in line, the line gets cut off! This is ridicules. I will never again refer Makro or Dawn Wing Couriers to anyone!
