Dawn Wing Couriers - No Communication - No Logistics

I have been expecting a delivery for a few days now, the delivery is constantly delayed, when I contacted Dawn Wing to ascertain just when exactly I would receive the parcel, the "Consultant" advised me that I should wait and that it would "ARRIVE WHEN IT ARRIVES"... I work from home, how on earth can one just sit for days on end waiting for a parcel to arrive, they do not communicate, they cannot advise to contacting the driver to get an ETA... my advice to any Retailer or Wholesaler using Dawn Wing Courier that you switch over to a more reliable professional service provider as Dawn Wing are upsetting the end user.
