Dawn Wing couriers is useless

Dawn Wing is totally unreliable. Ordered something from Clicks and it was shipped with Dawn Wing. Got a message from Dawn Wing that it will be delivered on Friday (21 Dec) Never received anything. no communication whatsoever. Tried to phone them on advertised number ********** 224. No option works. They are all a dead end. Sounds like a busy line or something.

Asked for a call back on 22 Dec. Still waiting.

On their tracking my parcel left Dawn Wing @ 9:06 21 Dec and arrived back at Dawn Wing 22:30 the same day. This is where the tracking stops. Tried the link on the message I got. I notice the delivery address has Boksburg as the suburb and another suburb, not the one that was specified on the Clicks order, as the City. No idea where this came from. Cannot change the fields from their app either
