Dawn Wing Couriers incompetence

You collected a Christmas Present on the 5th of December and still have not delivered by the 21st of December. The customer service person has no idea where the parcel is between the East London Branch and 3rd party courier. THEY KEEP ESCALATING IT TO HIGHER PEOPLE BUT GIVE THE CUSTOMER NO FEEDBACK. I waited 23 minutes on a call to track a parcel.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEIR SERVICES. MAKRO YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM.
