Dawn Wing Couriers are unreliable

Waiting for an order (package) that was supposed to be delivered by Dawn Wing. Their driver blatantly **** by claiming he was at my premises (residential) and that I was "closed for stocktake" and hence could not perform the delivery. Customer service promises call backs, but that never happens. Their drivers don't call when their out for delivery. I have CCTV footage for the whole day where I can prove they weren't at my premises. Dawn Wing courier service is abhorrent, don't use them. Worst customer experience ever. I am still waiting for my delivery 4 days later.
