Dawn Wing Couriers

My parcel was out for delivery 5 days ago, and although I phoned head office and asked them to track it, as the website only tracks till 3 days ago, they just say that they will send an email to the branch. This happens daily. Further than that I do not get. I cannot phone the branch to find out where my parcel is, as all calls are diverted to head office. Still haven't received a notification or my parcel!
