Terrible Service provider- expected a percal delivery. Yes.

This company does not make arrangements for a delivery to take place. The just rock up after a message that looks like this-Dear house, your parcel from Afrihost is my next stop. For peace of mind, my name is VUSUMUZI COKA and my vehicle registration is FS57MNGP. Then the delivery fail as no one is home to receive the parcel. You get a second message after requesting that it’s left with the neighbour that looks exactly the same- It becomes a failed delivery 🤨.

After many calls one then makes arrangements to collect the parcel befor 9 am in the morning. You drive through for your collection to be told that the parcel is out again👌. So awaiting another failed delivery…..

Don’t phone the call centre as when you request to speak to a manager your calls get cut of.

What a total waste of time and resources this company is. So I have prewarned the operator that I will be viral on the ****py service I receive.

Note to self. Stock to courier guy. Way better service! 10to 1 better on cost as well!

So freAken frustrated and still no parcel.
