Dawn Wing courier sucks WEB***3

Urgent parcel for sick horse was send via Dawn Eing couriers 6 days ago got a lame excuse their vehicle broke down. Tried to call them on Friday was holding for 1 and a half hour when I was called no 4 call was disconnected!!! Made me furious called again on Saterday morning no answer? I would never ever use them as a courier that's 4 sure!!!
