Dawn Wing Courier services: ************* and ***********!

Warning for all business owners: PLEASE don't use Dawn Wing Courier services (Pretoria Central branch) to ship parcels to your valued customers! They are the worst couriers in South Africa - *********** liers. Last week we ordered coffee from Coffee Pod Guru - Dawn Wing picked up the parcel on Monday 23 March. They sent us an email that the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday 25 March, but the driver never delivered it. After numerous phone calls to the Dawn Wing office, their feedback was that the driver went to our house and according to him nobody was home. That is a LIE! On Thursday 26 March Dawn Wing promised to deliver the parcel that day! Again, after numerous calls to the office, they rep**** that the driver will contact us if he is near our house. Another LIE! Again after numerous phone calls today, Dawn Wing rep**** that our parcel was caged and will be delivered to us AFTER the lock down. They have no problem to exploit customers! We don't have coffee for the lock down because of their incompetence and we are scared to order online now! Who knows who will deliver your parcel if you order from a supermarket. We already spent all that money on coffee and that is why we didn't buy any coffee at the supermarket - now we don't have any coffee for who knows how long!
