Dawn Wing Courier Services- DONT USE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

It is the WORST service I have ever encountered form a courier company. They don't phone you back, The operators promise to find out and call you back, the never do. The manager Judith was suppose to phone me, I am still waiting. And every operator has a different story. They keep on lying. My parcel was received in the Rustenburg branch on the 9th of March, scheduled for delivery on the 11th. today is the 17th and I don't get any answers. I try to phone customer care, they lie, I phone the branch, the guy that answer just say hallo, don't identify that you have reached Dawn wing. I ask is this Dawn Wing, YES, I ask is this the Rustenburg Branch, YES, and when I start to speak he just put the phone down in my ear. What kind of service is this????? Have you people no idea about customer service and phone ethics? I try to reach you so I can collect my parcel from your premises myself, otherwise it looks as though I won't get it. So please answer your phone. I would give you ZERO stars if I could. Can't believe you get service this pathetic.
