Dawn Wing courier service need some better Customer Service

I am utterly disgusted with Dawn Wing's service, while we are all in this trying time with the Covid-19 you will think that everyone will go the extra mile to provide great service. The fact that they lie when delivering a parcel changes the whole time via email. First my phone was off and went to voice mail. then suddenly the story changes to the phone just rang and i didn't answer, Point no one came to deliver my parcel. I have also send a few emails to confirm when they will reschedule a delivery it lies on deaf ears. I my parcel will be delivered i am not sure.
