Dawn Wing Courier Service is a joke!!

The worst courier company on earth!!! Dawn Wing is worse than the South African government when it comes to service delivery. My parcel has been with them from 05/05/2020 but I only received it today. I have called on multiple occasions its either they don't answer the phone or they don't know why the lady didn't log the parcel for dispatch. A bunch of *********** people especially the driver who brought my parcel today... a month later. He was rude and impatient even told me I can complain he doesn't care. My parcel number was UA***. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not purchase any items from online stores that use Dawn Wing. I have bought items from Cape Town and I stay in Johannesburg through Aramex and it takes no more than 3 days to get my items. First and most definitely the last time I use them.
