Dawn wing courier Poor service delivery

Hi my name is kimaal and I have used the courier service dawn wing I have requested for a parcel to be collected in kzn Durban and transported to me in jhb Florida they only offered me the economy services which means I will receive the parcel in two to three working days because it's economy I would have accepted four days or even a week but even after a follow up on collection I called more than four times every day I had been promised and I was assured that my parcel will be collected Friday the 27th of May Monday the 30th Tuesday the 31st Wednesday the 1 of June Thursday the 2 and now Friday the 3rd of June I am now fed up because I have been more than patient if they could not collect and deliver why allow me to think that they can do it I suggest that if you would like to use the dawn wing courier service rather don't bother you will get messed around and get **** to so they can keep your money
