DAWN WING COURIER COMPANY IS EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT, UNRELIABLE & LACKS CUSTOMER CARE!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR DELIVERY FEES THOUGH - WATCH OUT

The most useless courier company ever! I order from a global company on average 3 times during the month. Out of 3 deliveries, they will get the 1 right all to the same address always. The other deliveries are always an issue. Their SMS system does not work efficiently. The SMS sent always states delivery within 3-5 working days - there is not link to track order etc. Sometimes you don't get an SMS.

Drivers don't hoot or call when making deliveries.

When you call the call center to track your order, your items are in the problem cage, but no-one from their dispatch center follows up with the clients nor makes calls. It's an ongoing problem with Dawn Wing.

Drivers lie when you call the call center, they state that they were at my house at 7h30 and no-one was home, I told call center that I run my own business, I leave home between 8-08h30 and I have a domestic at home all day. Their drivers, dispatch managers are extremely lazy!

The call center makes promises to find out about your problem and make promises to call you back - they never do! I spend a lot of time and calls made to call center to track orders, only to always be on hold, there is no quick response time and no care for customer service.

I have told them to their faces, and I know their calls are recorded, no manager or GM in that organization is listening to the calls and rectifying their useless problems.

I placed an order on 24 April (one of many which is too much to mention), after many calls made up to 3 times daily, calls are recorded and many screaming matches held, that delivery was made to me eventually on a Sunday 5 May without any notice made to me and to find out if I was going to be home.

unacceptable delivery service company! They also have unmarked vehichles, and my last package did not have an electronic unit to sign for the delivery and to rate their service.

GLOBAL COMPANIES SUCH AS NUSKIN WHO ARE REPUTABLE, CREDIBLE AND ELITE, SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR BUSINESS OF DELIVERY TO FALL UNDER DAWN WING AND SHOULD NOT RELY ON COURIER COMPANIES WITH A BAD REPUTATION WHO AFFECT CLIENTS, SALES AND SERVICE DELIVERY!!

PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY - THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE THAT ARE FAR MORE EFFICIENT, RELIABLE AND WITH A BRILLIANT REPUTATION OFFERING GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
