Dawn wing courier company highly bad service

I m highly upset with Dawn Wing courier company. After realising my parcel is taking to to long to be delivered I phoned the consultants each and evey one is providing me with different Information. No one Informed me about the delivery time and date nor contacting me when they were at my residence.

Some one apparently signed for my parcel someone I dont even know whom it is. Different names are also provided who signed for my parcel each ans evey time a different consultant

How can you guys let someone sign for a package if it is not the persons name for whom it is.

Are you not suppose to be In touch Informing people when delivering or asking for their ID when signing. Other courier companies work according to these policies.

After asking the consultants for emails with Info or to be cc into their mails im still waiting.

Now my parcel is gone.. who is going to be reliable for the loss????
