Dawn Wing Courier

Worst courier experience I have ever had. Bought 3 products from Makro, the first two were delivered before the scheduled dates by another courier company. The last item should have been delivered on the 3rd of December as the order was placed on 26th November.

The last item was not delivered on the stated date and we were busy relocating. I phoned Makro numerous times to update them of our new adress, every agent I spoke to said that the new adress was updated on their side and sent through to the the courier company being Dawn Wing. Up until today the 24th of December I have not received my last item. Had no one from Dawn Wing contact me with any feedback whatsoever.

On the parcel tracking it said that my parcel was going to be delivered on the 23rd December but nothing.

I tried calling them numerous times and being on a waiting list for hours on end just for the call to get dropped or to get put at the back of the waiting list again.

Its the worst experience ive ever came across in any industry.
