Dawn Wing corrier problems

I have had the worst experience from this company. I ordered something and they couriered it by Dawn wing. The package was sent out on 24 November 2018. Tracking number UA ********** 00

The package had to travel from Santon to Potchefstroom, it is about a 2.5 hour drive. Dawn wing does not have a office in Potch but without the knowledge of the company that I ordered it from or me they then passed the package on the a third party.

This let to me not being able to track the package since on Dawn wings webpage it still indicates that the Waybill does not exist. Furthermore I have contacted the call center every day since Tuesday 26 November to find out what is going on. Twice I was told they will call me back, and they still have not. I do not know who this third party is, nor am a able to contact them or track my package.

Every day since Tuesday I was promised that it will be delivered the following day. We are no at November 30th and still the package have not been delivered.

The staff is of no help, and they Have put down the phone on me.

It is unacceptable that the company just hands it off to a third party and now just say it will be delivered or they can not assist me.

Something that was 2.5 hours away from me has taken 5 working days and have still not been delivered. They are worst then the post office.
