Dawn Wing 'Contact Not Available' but no attempt to make contact made

I am not the complaining kind. But I don't know how the online tracking can claim 'Contact not available' whereas I have been in my house the whole day and no one arrived or at least tried to make contact with me. Don't they have my number or email address or something. I'm fuming as I write this
